Faith Play Fun

Faith Play at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church exists to connect families of young children. We want to provide opportunities for children and parents to socialize and support each other while having fun and praising God! We do this in a variety of ways.

We meet on Sundays during the Nurture Hour for a parent- friendly Bible study that includes a short story for children who are not yet old enough to be in Sunday School. We also schedule Free Play and Open Gym times to provide opportunities for children to play and get wiggles out, especially during the winter months. Free Play is held every Wednesday evening during the school year (following the Midweek Music class schedule). Open Gym is held on select Friday evenings during the school year.

This spring and summer we are looking forward to many opportunities to get together. In April we were happy that the snow melted in time so that we could practice riding our summer toys in the parking lot at our “Bikes, Trikes, and Scooters - Oh My”! event.

Last summer, our Christmas in July event was super fun! Who doesn’t love a “snowball” fight when it’s 90 degrees outside? We are looking forward to Christmas in July again to revisit the birth of our Savior with songs, cookies, and more.

At the end of the summer, we will “close the season” with a cookout and water play outside!
